Message: First appointment at Maui Minoaka. Dr. Lisa and staff were very pleasant and friendly. As a healthcare worker myself, I pay a lot of attention to how providers communicate and educate their patient, take note of their professionalism and behavior, and how they establish rapport with their patient(s). I felt like Dr. Lisa and staff took care of me, made sure I understood what was going on during my visit, and also what to expect at future appointments. I was able to complete my patient registration ahead of time electronically, so no extra time spent in the waiting room. The clinic itself was clean and modern. I will definitely recommend this practice to friends!
