Message: I recently switched to HMSA- Covid precautions on entering were appropriate and met CDC guidelines. Dr. Fusato was great. Friendly, professional and authentic. He completed a thorough background and renewed prescriptions upon pending bloodwork results. Laboratory phlebotomist was excellent. The only reason I rated a 4 is there is absolutely no excuse during Covid to not have distanced payment method available. After handing my credit card over to the receptionist I asked why they didn’t have a credit card swiper. He was pretty darn flippant. Responded that two machines had broken over last 6 months etc. So please order one (maybe two) so our ohana can pay without handing over our credit card! Mahalo.
